100 hours yoga course is part one of the complete 200 hours yoga course. For those who don’t want to complete the 200 hours in one go, we have designed this option that helps you to pursue your passion to complete 200 hours at your pace.

After completing part one you can join us to complete part two to get internationally certified as a yoga teacher.

Our 100-hour training is unique as it equips you to teach yoga safely. You will be able to teach anywhere in Pakistan as an AAAIA yoga school-certified yoga teacher.

You will dive into Hatha & Ashtanga Vinyasa flow based on authentic traditional teaching techniques. We have combined ancient & modern yoga teachings into our curriculum. This 100 Hour Yoga Teacher Training is recommended for those yoga learners who wants to deepen their knowledge and self-practice. The 100 Hour Yoga Teacher Training will lay the foundation for the healthy, safe and beneficial yoga practice.

You will learn teaching methodology, anatomy related to yoga poses, benefits & contraindications of poses, biomechanics of movement, application of principles of sequencing, etc. The course equips you with knowledge of proper alignment for each pose and provides the techniques to engage effective energy actions without straining shoulders, wrist joints, lower back, knees hips and neck. Theoretical information on the body systems is taught that are essential for maximum benefits to body-mind connection and integration.

AAAIA has designed the course in a balanced way so that the students get enough time to revise & relax. Our class schedule is a blend of theory and practice of yoga which allows the yoga learners to stay energetic during the yoga classes.

History & Styles of Yoga

Learn about the true history of yoga its and various schools. Get to know about the different styles of yoga.

Yoga Poses (Asanas)

Learn over 150 postures categorized as standing, balancing, forward bends, backward bends, twists, & inversions; Sun Salutations A, B, & C.

Alignment

Learn detailed alignment of each pose, benefits & contraindications, biomechanics of movement, without straining shoulders, wrist joints, lower back, knees hips and neck.

Anatomy & Physiology

Learn the details of anatomy through hands-on approach; and gain theoretical knowledge on the body systems that are essential for maximum benefits to body-mind connection and integration.

Yogic Breath (Pranayama)

Learn mental & physical aspects of breathing. Course includes basic pranayama techniques and their application in yoga practice.

Sequencing

Learn structuring an intelligent asana practice with understanding of body positioning & counter postures.

Ethics

Learn the principles of integrity and moral standards in the classroom and the community.

08.

Yoga Business

Learn how to become a successful brand and what to do after the course.

Certificate will be issued by AAAIA
