We welcome you to our 200 hours of Hatha/ Vinyasa flow yoga teacher training in Pakistan.
We are registered with Yoga Alliance USA and Yoga Alliance International and World Yoga Federation. This training will deepen and refine your knowledge as a yoga practitioner and truly change your practice into a transformative one.
You will dive into technical aspects of yoga including asana, alignment, pranayama, anatomy & physiology, sequencing, Tristan's, kriya, meditation, relaxation techniques such as yogic sleep, bandha, mudras, yogic philosophy, and the art of teaching. 200-hour yoga teacher training with AAAIA offers you a whole new mental, physical & spiritual experience.

Learn about the true history of yoga its and various schools. Get to know about the different styles of yoga.

Yoga Poses (Asanas)

Learn over 150 postures categorized as standing, balancing, forward bends, backward bends, twists, & inversions; Sun Salutations A, B, & C.

Alignment

Learn detailed alignment of each pose, benefits & contraindications, biomechanics of movement, without straining shoulders, wrist joints, lower back, knees hips and neck.

Anatomy & Physiology

Learn the details of anatomy through hands-on approach; and gain theoretical knowledge on the body systems that are essential for maximum benefits to body-mind connection and integration.
